Prime Minister Gonsalves met with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of Uganda. The two leaders discussed cultural and educational exchanges, African Development, and other matters of mutual interest. President Museveni invited Prime Minister Gonsalves – who did postgraduate studies at Uganda's Makerere University – to make an official visit to Uganda.
