Prime Minister Gonsalves met with Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade, and Foreign Minister Sir Louis Straker met with Foreign Minister Cheikh Tidiane Gadio on the margins of the Roundtable chaired jointly by PM Gonsalves and President Wade. During the meeting, the Foreign ministers signed a document establishing formal diplomatic relations between Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Republic of Senegal.
